Changes to your Appointments

Your appointments at Salt Spa are very important to us. All our policies are designed to provide the best quality of service for our established and future clients. Please understand that when you schedule an appointment it is a reservation of time set aside especially for you and canceling your appointment without enough notice, prevents another guest from enjoying our services. In the event we do not receive the required notice, your appointment is subject to a cancellation fee. To book an appointment with Salt Spa we require a valid credit card on file. 

1.Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for all appointments. We will send you spa waivers and consent forms to complete your booking that must be filled up upon receipt. If you are running late, your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time, unless we have availability to extend the time of the service. 

2.Salt Spa has six free parking spots available for our guests ONLY WHILE IN THE BUILDING during appointment times only. All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot upon completion of your service. We cannot guarantee parking, especially for large groups, please carpool if possible. There are several paid and free parking spaces all within walking distance of Salt Spa. 

Cancellations

3. Your appointments are very important to us and your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24/48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. You will receive daily reminders via email and text message starting 2 days before your appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Weekday cancellations require 24 hour notice. All weekend and holiday appointments require a 48 hour advance cancellation.Groups of three to four require 72 hour cancellation.Groups of 5 or more people require a 10 day cancellation notice. Less than 24 hour notice and NO SHOWS will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.– Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to be canceled must be done within an hour from booking time or it will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Multiple services or combos not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount to credit card on file or will be forfeited from gift certificates, prepaid sessions or money credited to one’s account. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. If you feel you were exposed to Covid 19 please don’t book with us in advance. We offer same day appointments based on availability. Should you need a sitter, need time to travel or anything else that may affect your appointment time please make sure arrangements are made prior as we are not responsible in case you miss your appointment once your reservation is outside of the cancellation policy.

No Refunds or Transfers of Packages

We do not refund or allow transfer of our spa packages to another person/party.

Confirmation Texts

As a courtesy, we will text and email a confirmation of your appointment times and  gender of service providers two business days prior to your appointment date. Please read the message  to make sure all information is the same as when booking was made. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
